Welcome to playlasertag.biz, here we provide access to a number of items you will find useful in operating your laser tag center.

 

If you are having trouble logging in (mostly Mozilla Firefox) try removing the www. from your web address, or click this link to access playlasertag.biz

 

If you are looking for the remote control link its in the Main Menu or you can get there by clicking here:

 

Remote Control

 

Once you are logged in a user menu will appear on the left hand side of the page. The user menu contains links to internal and external pages, including.

 

  • ♦   A link to your username details and current software license for more information about what to do if you have a ZEB device and run RIFT, GEN2 FEC or PRO, or HeliosSystem T , Infusion or Nexus laser tag click on the names for a full explanation of how to use this feature.

  • ♦   A link to the software repository where you can download the latest versions of software and firmware. For an explanation of how to use the file server click here.

  • ♦   A link to the CRM system which tracks tickets including orders, repairs, technical support and upgrades. For an overview on the CRM system follow this link.

If you need immediate support via the telephone you can reach us in office hours on our office number 302-730-8888 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday

 

 

 

 

 

If you need immediate EMERGENCY support for a system wide problem that is preventing you from operating you can call the office number and press 0 to be forwarded to the technician on call.

 

If you need technical support out of office hours in the USA then you are welcome to contact one of our international offices and obtain the answers to your question through our partners around the world.
